For what purposes do we use your information?
Job placement and/or placement with a client
When you provide us with personal data for (the specified purpose of) job placement, which may be the case if you apply for a specific position with us and/or to be placed through us for work with a client, for example in the case of a specific job application, a open application or a general registration, your personal data will be included in our central database. Inclusion in the central database means that the personal data you provide for the purpose of finding and/or arranging for (new) work can be shared with all our group companies that are involved in this. You can then be approached by these departments with vacancies that may be of interest to you, even if there was a specific or open application for a specific vacancy.

Basis of processing personal data
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
the processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement that is being entered into or has been entered into and to which you are a party, for example a service agreement, employment mediation agreement, employment contract, contract for services;
the data processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, for example checking your ID for job placement or entering into an employment contract;
the data processing is necessary in connection with a legitimate (company) interest that we have, namely:

How is your information shared?
Within our company
We share your personal data within our group with our group companies for the implementation of one of the purposes described earlier in this privacy statement. In the case of job placement, your personal data is included in our central database and the persons within our company (including our group companies) who are engaged in job placement have access to your personal data.
Appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that the personal data transferred is properly protected. The EU model contracts (standard data protection clauses) established by the European Commission have been agreed.
Outside our company
Your personal data will also be shared with external parties, individuals and companies outside our group.
We share your personal data with external parties to perform the agreement we have entered into with you. For example, in the case of job placement, your personal data is provided to potential clients.
